Schedule a Consultation

$350/2hr

At this initial phase of the design process, it is our responsibility to listen and learn your design and living style. During the consultation, please share your pain points in the space, as well as your vision for how you want the space to look and feel. From there, we will provide immediate design suggestions to get you started. And if it is determined that we will be your design team for the project, we will then begin the process to develop a larger plan of action. Additionally, measurements and photos will be taken of the space(s) in which we'll be working.

Service and Process Description

Project Commencement

With your feedback and gathered inspiration from our consultation, your design plan is developed. This process will take 6-8 weeks. Once the plan is complete, we will schedule a time to review the project together. Your design plan will include: space planning, layout, and room board (per space), a clickable shopping list to facilitate the purchasing of the furniture, finishes, and decor for the project. If preferred, we can manage the purchasing.

The contract will be signed at the start of this phase and the design deposit (%50 of the overall fee) will be paid. However, if this is a traveling design project, I do require that travel and lodging are covered by the client.

Logistics Planning

Once the design plan has been signed off on, we will manage the planning of any skilled tradesmen needed to complete our project (i.e. contractors, handymen, electricians, painters, etc.). The design team will, at this point, engage the client to schedule the installation. If preferred, we offer purchasing and delivery scheduling services. The fee is based on the scope of items sourced.

Project Install & Completion

After the client has cleared out the space(s) in their home, we will come in and get to work bringing the design to life. All furniture will be placed and the space(s) will be styled and photographed. Once we've wrapped everything up, you get to sit back and enjoy your new space!
